POSITION OVERVIEW:
As part of the hospitality team, quick service supervisors lead a respective team and provide coaching to ensure each fan receives exceptional service. This is a part-time, hourly, event-based position.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead a respective team and provide ongoing coaching and recognition to team members to ensure exceptional hospitality is provided and the fan experience is exceptional
  • Contribute to building a high performance team by actively partnering with all staff of Rogers Arena
  • Other duties may be assigned as required
  •  
    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Demonstrate excellent on-the-spot problem solving skills, including the ability to independently handle service recovery situations to a fan's satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
  • Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
  • Proven front line customer service leadership in a Quick Service setting
  • Completion of Serving it Right Certificate
