How
You’ll Make an Impact:
· Supporting patient food service for our Acute and Long Term
care site
· Support our team on the afternoon shift of 1 pm – 9 pm
· Manage a busy team of Diet Aides
· Lead and drive a strong safety culture
· Lead your team with passion and strong customer service
focus
· Strong employee relations within a unionized environment
· Good business acumen working with inventory, food and
labour costs
What You’ll Need
to Succeed:
CSNM
designation is mandatory, experience working with acute and long term
care facilities is an asset
2-4 years working with operations at the managerial/supervisory level
Effective oral and written communication skills are needed
Management experience in a unionized environment
Strong ability to manage and promote a safe work environment and lead a safety culture
Effective planning, organizing, and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to select and develop people
Ability to anticipate and solve problems
2-4 years working with operations at the managerial/supervisory level
