WestCana Services Inc. is looking for strong, experienced Food Services Manager with a passion for the elderly to join our team at a Long Term Care Facility in the Lower Mainland!

We are proud to support residents in various Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Mental Health Facilities around British Columbia. Our locations include: Langley, Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Nanaimo, Victoria, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Victoria and Prince George.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Certified in Nutritional Management (CSNM) with eligibility to join the Canadian Society of Nutritional Management
  • Minimum two years management experience in a large seniors residential volume such as in a complex care facility or retirement community
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct the delivery of support services
  • Effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer service orientated
  • Ability to be “on-call”
  • Ability to travel if necessary

Education
  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (Preferred)
