WORK PERFORMED
- Supporting Patient Food Service and Housekeeping for our Long Term care site
- Support our team on the afternoon shift of 10 am - 6 pm Thursday - Sunday
- Manage a busy team of Diet Aides and Housekeepers
- Lead and drive a strong safety culture
- Lead your team with passion and strong customer service focus
- Strong employee relations within a unionized environment
- Good business acumen working with inventory, food and labour costs
QUALIFICATIONS

- Unionized Staff Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Support Services and Housekeeping: 2 years (Required)
- Staff Management: 2 years (Required)
- Food Service Management : 2 years (Required)
