Presenters: Dale Mayerson, RD
Dale Mayerson is a registered
dietitian. She has worked in long-term care for many years, as a manager and
quality assurance coordinator, and has taught at several colleges. She is the
author of “Clinical Care Manual for Nutrition Managers” and co-authored “Menu
Planning in LTC and RH” manuals. She has been a long-time volunteer with
Dietitians of Canada advocating for LTC residents and staff.
