Work Performed:
This position is responsible for the overall operation of the catering department. This is a part time/on call position which averages around 25 hours per week. Hourly wage plus 18% gratuity. Sequoia Catering’s main focus is catering Celebrations of Life at McCall Gardens.
Qualifications:
- Experience in catering or food service
- Serving it Right and Food Safe
- Ability to order and purchase supplies
- Organize, manage and train staff
- Flexible for day, evening and weekend work
