Position: Dining Service Team Lead

Rate: $21.00 an hour
Type: Full-time, permanent
Work Performed:
- Responsible and accountable for a variety of tasks,
- Responsible for our Resident's dining experience with duties ranging from acting as host in the dining room, food service and preparation.
- Ensuring our clients receive a complete and smooth dining experience through the power of leadership with your team is vital in the success of the role.
- Experience in scheduling and absent/sick day management is a necessity
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in plated food service in a dining room setting as well as Food Safe and Serving it Right certifications
- A great work ethic, mature, responsible and a passion for working with seniors
- If you are punctual and can demonstrate team leadership through extraordinary professionalism and passion for providing great service you will excel in this environment.
- The ability to tell a good joke, participate in social events and a musical talent would be beneficial.
