Work Performed:
This position works in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager to assist with daily operations in Food & Beverage outlets and banquet events. This position is a management presence on the floor and is responsible for the daily performance of the team. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager helps set the service level standard and assists with leading the Food & Beverage team including banquets by providing positive examples and direction.
Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a full-service, fast-paced restaurant or banquet facility.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
- Serving It Right and Food Safe certification
- Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
