Work Performed:
- Provide knowledge and skills to front line employees through on going training and coaching
- Drive standards and accountability to employees
- Reports directly to the leadership team
- Provides and solicits feedback to the manager team
- Assist in the successful implementation of COE- Center of Excellence
- Ensures and reinforces a safe work environment
- Provides hands-on leadership and direction to employees in any assigned outlet
- Drive employee engagement by fostering a fair and harmonious work environment
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and food preparation areas
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Satisfactory criminal record check.

- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- A professional and responsible approach to problem-solving, taking responsibility for discovered issues
- Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy
Qualifications:

- High level of customer service
- Must have B.C. Serving it Right http://www.servingitright.com/index.html
- Food Safe Certificate 1 (Course will be offered)
- Must be at least 19 years of age to serve alcohol in Whistler.
- Proof of clear criminal record check.
