About the Presenter

Alicia Marshall is a graduate of the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition. In the past three decades, she has extensive experience in tertiary and long-term care and is currently a clinical dietitian in private practice. She is a member of Dietitians of Canada, Ontario Seniors Nutrition & Advocacy Committee and Canadian Malnutrition Task Force Long Term Care & Food Working Group. She is a passionate advocate for the health, nutrition and safety of nursing home residents.
