Nuba In Mount Pleasant is looking for a full-time Kitchen Manager.
Work with a great team of trained and dedicated cooks and chefs in a highly acclaimed establishment.
Dynamic restaurant/cafe with casual lunch service and full service a La Carte evening menus.
Our Contemporary Lebanese menus combine the sophistication and subtleties of European cuisines with the exotic ingredients of the Middle and the Far East.
The successful candidate will have:
Professional kitchen training – Will have at least 2 years experience with recognized restaurant or hospitality institute. Training will be given
A commitment to quality – Will understand importance of quality product and presentation and a drive to maintain a high standard of both
A sound understanding of food safety guidelines – Will have food safe certificate
A strong work ethic – Will be punctual and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced kitchen
A Respectful attitude – Will be able to conduct themselves professionally with other staff and customers at all times
An interest in unique food cultures and sustainable practices is beneficial
