Position: Chef Manager

Work Performed:
- Management position, responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.
- Offers a wide variety of culinary solutions to meet customer and client needs and tastes.
- Oversees and manages culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards.
- Applies culinary techniques to food preparation and manages the final presentation and service of food.
- Essential Functions: leadership, client relationship, financial performance, productivity, compliance.
Qualifications:
- Requires at least 3 years of experience
- Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Previous experience in events and catering required
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Available to work event-based hours
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
