Position: Cook Supervisor

WORK PERFORMED

• The Cook Supervisor duties can include, but are not limited to, planning and developing menus and recipes, including special diets, performing related administrative duties, and supervising Cooks and food service workers. 
• The Cook Supervisor prepares and cooks meals daily, and participates in cleaning and dishwashing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Professional Cook Training Certificate
• Certificates in First Aid and Food Safe
• Recent, related experience of three years, including supervisory experience in a food service setting
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Or other Qualifications determined to be reasonable and relevant to the level of work
