WORK PERFORMED
- Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor is a leader in the community and has experience in all aspects of food and beverage service, production and delivery.
- This is an exciting new position that works closely with the Resident Services Manager, the Executive Chef and our passionate culinary team to create an exceptional resident experience in our beautiful pub and restaurant.
- As a creative and service-oriented individual, you provide consistent and engaged service to our residents, create extraordinary beverage menus by bringing creativity and finesse to our offering, oversee our expanding reservation system and serve as our expert Point of Sale (Micros) system user.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts is an asset
- Minimum five-years experience in a fast-paced, high-quality establishment high-quality environment with a strong focus on delivering a superior service experience
- Previous Bartending experience required
- Strong product development and creative skills
- Serving it Right Certification
- Food Safe Level 1 Certificate
- AED & CPR Certification
- You are a collaborative team player and an excellent communication
