Job salary range: $40,000–$45,000 a year
WORK PERFORMED
- You will ensure each banquet/catering function is well planned, prepared and successfully carried out.
- Ensure that all client needs are taken care of and ensuring that client concerns are handled appropriately during functions.
- Charged with all aspects of ensuring we are meeting our service deliverables as specified in the Banquet Event Order.,
- A minimum of 2 years related supervisory experience in a fast paced food service environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
- Proven management skills
- Strong supervisory skills, capable of motivating, leading and developing associates
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and readily acceptable to change work priorities at any time
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Task oriented
- Take initiative to resolve day to day problems
