WORK PERFORMED
- Coming up with specials and new menu ideas. Must be able to be creative and use what we have in-house.
- Ordering supplies from necessary suppliers
- Inventory and waste control
- Overseeing food and labor costs
- Overseeing other cooks/stations to make sure they’re on track with orders
- Working alongside the drivers to make sure deliveries leave on time
- Training and leading other employees
- Be up to date with culinary trends
- Work well with others
- Work under pressure while keeping up standards
- Multitask
- Have very strong organizational skills
- Be able to think outside the box in any emergency situation (have a "what can we do in this situation" instead of "we can't")
