Salary range: $32.21 - $35.10 p/ hr

WORK PERFORMED

• The primary responsibility will be to focus on the operations of hospitality services/ including, staffing, resident satisfaction/ cost control/ waste management and the overall dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with assigned corporate and site representatives and leaders to assess, standardize and enhance the company global areas of safety, general hospitality approach for services to residents/ clients and their families, and assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of other relevant projects and directed initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Secondary education preferably in related industry or business setting
• Secondary Education specialized in Management/ Hotel/Restaurant or Dietetic specialty an asset
• Red Seal Preferred
• Advanced Food Safety certification
• Must successfully complete the CSNM training program within the defined probationary period
• First Aid Certification an asset
• Minimum 2 years of management / leadership experience
• 5-years directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements
• Required to travel to multiple sites
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping
• Technical ability to effectively operate computers, copiers, telephone, fax, etc.
• Must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing
