Job salary: $115,000 a year
WORK PERFORMED
- Set and implement operation goals and objectives
- Establish and implement financial and administrative controls
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and take corrective actions
- Prepare strategic annual forecast, and monitor sales and revenue
- Organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities
- Manage senior staff performance in accordance with standards and procedures
- Control purchases and inventory, and ensure correct storage
- Represent the restaurant to establish banking relationships and negotiate purchase prices and develop preferred suppliers
- Keep current with trends in the restaurant industry
- University degree or College diploma in business, finance, management or related fields
- Min. three years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage management
- Strong judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability, flexibility and stress tolerance
