WORK PERFORMED
- As Population Health and Wellness Manager, you will be subject matter expert in the areas of public health, and population health.
- You will executive support to the Chief Medical Office and other management teams in population health, public health, surveillance and reporting, quality and safety, managing projects, and research by leading strategic partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably health related
- Experience working with First Nations communities and leadership.
- Significant experience in strategic policy analysis, development and implementation and strategic planning
- Experience in community engagement or consultative processes
- Experience in research and public health
