Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000 a year
WORK PERFORMED

- Ideally, you have a strong culinary background and experience supervising a kitchen staff of 30+ and have well-developed leadership, business management and people management skills.
- We are looking for a certified Red Seal Chef with years of Executive Chef experience or a Chef with multiple food service outlets and catering experience who would strive to continuously deliver a world-class boarding school experience to our students and staff while being creative, organized and adaptable.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Red Seal Chef
- C.C.C (Certified Chef De Cuisine) an asset but not required
- Current certification in Food Safe, Serving it Right (SIR) and WHMIS required
- First Aid would be considered an asset
- At least 10 years progressively upward experience in managing food and beverage operations in a large scale educational/corporate/chain/commercial setting performing a similar role
