WORK PERFORMED
- Daily tasks include training staff and students in proper service for the dining room in varying styles.
- This will include scheduling, recruitment, and training of staff as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, cleanliness, and task timeliness.
- Adheres to budgetary restrictions and maintains a proper inventory of food service items and beverage supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Minimum three-years supervisory role in a food service operation
- Minimum one-year College program, preference given to hospitality based training
- Proserve or equivalent certification
