Position: Food and Beverage Manager

- Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for the food and beverage department to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Manage the overall food and beverage budget, including cost control measures and inventory management
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Maintain effective communication and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the food and beverage offerings
- Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and participate in budgeting processes
- Conducts statistical analysis and generates reports
- Monitors and handles invoicing and expenses, while ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Red Seal or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, point of sale, presentation and inventory software
