Position: Food and Beverage Director

Job salary: $120,000 - $135,000 a year
WORK PERFORMED
- Oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth functioning of service and upholding the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organization
- Establish and foster a great work environment for the team
- Recruit, train and lead the food and beverage team. Ensure they are supported and equipped to do their jobs
- Review financial reports and develop strategies to help maximize profitability
- Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the hotel's food and beverage department
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years’ food and beverage management experience, preferably in a luxury establishment
- Ability to build and lead a strong team
- Financially savvy with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about food and beverage and providing exceptional guest experiences
