WORK PERFORMED
The Manager, Food Services, Kamloops Area, is responsible for the planning, organizing, and evaluation of daily operations for the Food services Royal Inland Hospital, Hillside and Ponderosa, including staffing and operating budgets for these departments.
The Manager works in close collaboration with the local Directors, Managers, Business Support Representatives, Logistics, and other departments throughout IH.
The Manager is responsible for fostering a safe and positive work culture within the areas of responsibility, ensuring IH is providing services that meet the needs of interested parties.
QUALIFICATIONS
A diploma or degree in a related field. Five years of recent, related experience in a supervisory or management capacity. Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
