Work Performed:
- The Manager, Specialized Services is responsible for specialized inpatient and community specialized services. The Manager promotes the vision, mission and values, and strategic direction of Northern Health including a commitment to the Primary Care Home as the foundation for team based health care.
- The Manager is responsible for service delivery, quality assurance, operational planning, policies and procedures, utilization and risk management, outcome evaluation, and budget control measures.
- Starting salary will be approximately from $142,262 to $155,219 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a health related discipline plus a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in health services, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Valid BC Driver’s License.
