Work Performed:
  • Develop, evaluate and modify nutritional care plans for Residents; liaise with Residents, family members and/or substitute decision makers and the interdisciplinary team when implementing dietary interventions.
  • Oversee menu planning process and prepare cycle menus to meet requirements in the Community Care and Assisted Living Act.
  • Establish and review nutritional care plans for new residents.

Qualifications:

WORK PERFORMED

    WORK PERFORMED
