The required qualifications are: 

Qualifications

1. Food and Nutrition Management Diploma from an approved Community College and/or university degree in Food Service and Nutrition.
2. Member of Canadian Society of Nutrition Management.
3. Proficiency in MS Office required; thorough understanding of food service IT systems.
4. Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutritional supplements.
5. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
6. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing work routines or priorities.
7. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills required.
8. Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills required.
9. Must have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
10. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
11. Demonstrated ability to work with, motivate, lead and develop frontline staff. 
12. Ability to work as a member of a team
