Eaglequest Coyote Creek is looking to add a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee its busy Banquet, Restaurant and Golf Course food services department. The successful candidate will join our management team and work alongside our General Manager to provide an exceptional customer service experience. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role. He or She has a proven track record with achieving business goals and they are committed to leading edge thinking and are passionate about the service industry and furthering their career.
Duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Manage day to day operations of the Food & Beverage department including Banquets, Creekside Grill restaurant and Beverage Cart and ensure proper execution of policies, procedures and service levels
- Works as a team with the Executive Chef and Sales Department to ensure a smooth event process and provide all EQ clients an exceptional customer service experience.
- Manage staff by providing training, direction, supervision, evaluation and corrective action when required
- Manage all equipment needed to run a successful restaurant and banquet business and provide recommendations on upgrade and maintenance
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of the financial budget and achieving all financial goals and objectives
- Assist with month end inventory and reconciliation
- Assist with the creation and implementation of all F&B marketing strategies
- Systems controls including POS maintenance, inventory controls and purchase order processing
- Work closely with General Manager, department heads and staff to ensure compliance with all Eaglequest Golf standards and procedures
- Protect the integrity of the organization and the safety of guests and employees by following safety guidelines, conducting regular safety meetings, monitoring cash handling procedures and investigating all security concerns
- Implement and support all Eaglequest Golf initiatives and programs as requested by management.
