We are looking for a full time team member preferably with experience in leading a team in the provision of Food Services for seniors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering strong operational performance by developing necessary action plans to provide optimal services and drive resident and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance to all safety and sanitation standards
- Providing overall direction for all team members, ensuring team member development and engagement
- Owning relationship and communication with key partners
- Preparing meals for the residents on a regular basis
- CSNM membership or willingness to acquire
- At least 3+ years experience managing food services
- Familiarity with specific dietary requirements including texture meals
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively with fellow team members and to the food service team
