We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team!

What we have to offer:
Reasonable Accommodations: Options include a tiny home about 500 square feet, one of two large trailers (can easily accommodate a couple with one child) or there is also possible space in the marina if you'd like to live on your boat!! Rent starts @ $700 to $750 + propane.
Opportunity to Build a Brand: This unique opportunity offers the right candidate to build a brand! Possibilities include the ability to grow your own garden, utilize community BBQs/events, and create a unique menu offering fresh, locally sourced food.
We are eager to fill the position as soon as possible. The right candidate must be willing to move to the island within a few days to a week of hire. Hiring process will consist of phone interviews and video calls, use of Skype or other video call services is a must!
Our busy season starts in April/May and continues to September. Successful candidate will be expected to hire and train a small team to support business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in restaurant or other related fields
- Knowledge of common food safety practices
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- One-year Kitchen Management experience (Preferred)
- Food Safe Licence (Preferred)
