Trillium Communities, St Charles Manor, is seeking an experienced Support Service Manager to lead and inspire a committed all-star team at our flagship boutique-style long term care home in Victoria, BC.

Membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management and experience in LTC required. Humour and compassion mandatory.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation from an approved Food Services Supervisor Course acceptable under Community Care Facilities Licensing.
- Eligible for membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management.
- Experienced working in a Long Term Care Facility.
- Experience in recruitment, supervision, education and evaluation of staff.
- Knowledge of current Nutritional Standards, Residential Care Regulations, Environmental Health and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
