- Responsible for the full operation of food services, housekeeping and resident laundry and janitorial services
- Promotes Food and Housekeeping Services and any other revenue generating activities to Independent suite when applicable
- Organizes/ delegates all Human Resources functions, including recruiting, training, coaching, scheduling, payroll, and employee performance management in collaboration with AgeCare HR Partner
- Observes and corrects any unsafe activities that may cause harm or inury to a resident
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Secondary Education preferably in related Industry or business setting
- CSNM - Canadian Society of Nutritional Management completion or having the number
- Advanced Food Safety Certification
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and/ or budget- responsibility
