JOB SUMMARY

Position: Restaurant and Lounge Manager

Salary from $60,000 a year

WORK PERFORMED

• Supervision and scheduling of two busy outlets, the Lounge and the Fireside (Dining Room), including active floor supervision and member liaison prior and during service
• Active role within the Food and Beverage management team, providing input, insight and experience in all areas
• Assisting other areas of the Food and Beverage department as necessary, when dictated by business demands and holiday coverage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in catering and/or food and beverage management
• Combination of post-secondary education and/or suitable hospitality experience in similar environments
• Valid SIR certificate
• Computer literacy in Microsoft OS, Jonas POS experience an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
