- We’re looking for a leader with a track record of providing strategic direction as well as hands-on operational assistance when joining the team as our next Manager, Food & Beverage.
- This position will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of the Food & Beverage department to ensure operational effectiveness and service excellence.
- Under the general direction of the General Manager and Regional Director, Food & Beverage, our next Manager, Food & Beverage will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of all services associated with Food & Beverage at the site level.
- Minimum 5 years in all facets of the Food & Beverage operation including a minimum 2-3 years successful management experience;
- Experience in managing and mentoring a large team;
- Experience with Squirrel, Opera, Microsoft Office and Excel;
- Food Safe level 2 certification required
- Multi-outlet management experience an asset;
- Proven track record of driving the profitability of Food & Beverage operations;
- Understanding of yourself and others when communicating with team members and Guests;
- A passion for providing Unrivaled Personalized Service to our internal guests in the quest of achieving service excellence;
- Post secondary education in Hospitality Management or suitable combination of education and experience;
- Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication;
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays;
- Ability to successfully obtain and/or maintain a Serving It Right certificate;
- The ability to successfully obtain and/or maintain a Criminal Record Check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)
