WORK PERFORMED
- Ensure client and customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee labour and food/product costs are kept to budget.
- Meet all administrative requirements, such as payroll, inventory, etc.
- Maintain a kitchen schedule that provides optimal service at all times.
- Conduct daily/monthly client audits plus complete weekly self and Vektr audits.
- Assist in conducting HSEQ investigations on all incidents within our department.
- Ensure strict compliance with Compass’s Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Program, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and WHMIS regulations.
- Conduct inspections and audits.
- 3 years’ management experience in multi-faceted food service, retail dining, and catering.
- Knowledge of advanced food safety, health and safety training standards required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
