WORK PERFORMED
- Reporting to the Director, Food Services, the Manager, Quality, Standards and Innovation is jointly responsible with the Food Services management team for overseeing the short and long-term planning, design, implementation/training and delivery of efficient and cost-effective quality food services across all PHC sites.
- Together with the colleagues of the Food Services management teams and the Director, the Manager is responsible for building and maintaining exceptional quality standards in food service operations and customer service relations that deliver consistent performance to commonly required standards and best practices.
- The Manager anticipates major changes at their designated facilities that impact services, and plans and implements mitigating strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Clinical Nutrition or related field
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of recent, related experience in a large multi-site organization
- A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in operational and/or project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
