Position: Hospitality & Culinary Services Manager

Estimated salary: $59,500 - $75,300 per year.
WORK PERFORMED
- Lead in the efforts to deliver a person-centered care approach, promoting a culture of safety, and accountable to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values in the achievement of the strategic priorities;
- Oversee the hospitality team including Dietary, Housekeeping and Laundry;
- Ensure that the physical environment (internal and external) is clean, clutter free and inviting;
- Ensure customer service in all areas of hospitality are of the highest quality;
- Provide guidance and support to the Dietary, Housekeeping and Laundry teams;
QUALIFICATIONS
- University/diploma program in Food Service and Nutrition Management or related experience
- Canada Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) membership an asset
- At least 5 years progressive operations experience at a manager/supervisor level;
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a diverse team;
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data;
- Planning, organizing and effective time management skills;
- Professional appearance and demeanour;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Personal and professional integrity;
- Experience in LTC/SL texture and therapeutic diets an asset
- Experience with Menu Management software an asset
- Proven focus on customer service skills an asset· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives;
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems;
