WORK PERFORMED
- Process diet requisitions and update diet sheets daily following diet/texture and therapeutic guidelines,
- Prepare tallies and nourishment labels for cooks and dietary aides,
- Conduct daily/weekly and monthly Audits and Satisfaction Surveys,
- Supervise Staff and document coaching notes,
- Attend meetings and take minutes,
- Educate staff by daily huddles and in-services, keep track of training matrix,
- Audit EE files and track the mandatory documents as per licensing requirements,
- Monitor mealtimes and educate staff on diet sheets
- Assist manager with hiring process (interview and reference check etc),
- Work on seasonal menus including texture modified/Therapeutic menu, production tallies, menu posters etc.
- Prepare Inventory and order guide
- Update supplement sheet following RD recommendations, and deliver supplements
- Follow duties assigned by management
- Have at least (1) year's recent related leadership experience in the field.
- Graduation from a two year CSNM accredited program in Food Service and Nutrition Management or meet eligibility requirements.
