WORK PERFORMED
- The Food/Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Kitchen and Dining Room.
- They will manage a team of Kitchen and Dining Room employees, that will be tasked with providing a quality dining service to the residents.
- Their ability to develop and maintain a healthy rapport with residents will be critical in ensuring their satisfaction as evidenced through surveys and verbal feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with proven results.
- Prior experience with menu planning and menu execution.
- Current Food Safe and WHMIS certification.
- Satisfactory criminal record check.
- Class 5 Drivers License and acceptable driver’s abstract
