JOB SUMMARY
Position: Operations Coordinator - Food Production

Work Performed:
- Daily oversight of the production floor - ensuring all tasks are running smoothly and on time
- Organizing employee shifts
- Assigning workloads and organizing the plating schedule to maximize efficiency and ensure food safety standards are met
- Auditing food production two times weekly
- Monitoring and training the plating team while consistently looking for efficiencies and productivity opportunities
- Planning and assigning break times around meal quantity and density
- Assisting in the inventory and receiving of required supplies
- Liaising with the packing and logistics teams in order to ensure a smooth production and delivery process
- Must have good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities
- Maintaining and assisting in the cleaning and organization of the general work floor as required
Qualifications:
- Must have supervisory experience in a food service setting or other relevant experience
- Must be able to work independently with strong critical thinking skills
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
- Embodies the values of: Teamwork, progress and service.
