Work Performed:

• The Director of Food and Beverage plays a significant role in leading the overall management and operations of the Food and Beverage Department. 
• This leadership team position is responsible for overseeing all activities, processes, and functions within the department to ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests. 
• The Director brings exceptional communication and leadership abilities to the role, committed to providing continuous training, coaching, and empowerment to the Food and Beverage team, working closely with Executive Chef Matt Cusano.

• You have strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle challenging situations.

• You have an extremely guest-focused mindset and the ability to work with a variety of personalities.
• A deep understanding of the food and beverage industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial management and analysis.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior Food and Beverage management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing Food and Beverage operations in a large, multi-outlet setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration an asset.
