JOB SUMMARY

Position: Support Services Director/ Manager

Job type: Regular Full-Time
WORK PERFORMED
  • Responsible for the efficient daily operation of the Dietary and Housekeeping areas within established budgets and regulations, including management of production, personnel, purchasing and inventory, policies and procedures, and quality improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of three years supervisory experience in a related supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Two-year Food Service Supervisor’s diploma or equivalent experience
  • Environmental Services Operation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Eligible for membership in the CSNM
  • Current FoodSafe II certificate
  • Computer competency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral English
  • Organized, efficient, accurate, creative
  • Possess skills and personality to promote harmonious and supportive working relationships
