WORK PERFORMED
- The Lead provides expertise and leadership regarding clinical requirements for Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living to ensure clinical and quality care standards are maintained.
- In collaboration with the Manager/Director, works with service providers, Fraser Health clinical teams and community care professionals to ensure the consistent delivery of safe and appropriate quality care to clients/tenants within Fraser Health contracted, owned and operated Long Term Care sites and/or contracted Assisted Living sites.
- Leads regional internal and external meetings to engage stakeholders, identify and resolve clinical issues, and ensure consistent delivery of service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a health related discipline plus five (5) to seven (7) years recent, related clinical experience including two (2) years in a leadership role, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
