Position: Dining Room Supervisor

Work Performed:

• Be responsible for serving, dealing with Resident concerns

• Supervise a team of servers to ensure all standards are being met while working closely with the Dining Services Manager

Qualifications:

• An effective communicator, reliable, problem solver, able to achieve excellent results by working with your team to provide top-notch customer service 

• Excel at passing external audits

• Have patience, empathy and enjoy working with seniors
